Depending on the quantity and weight of the products ordered, the chosen method of payment and your own preferences, you may select one of the following methods of delivery:

• Fastest and safest:
  Courier – delivery is made by the professional courier company. When you select courier delivery you have the convenience and confidence of knowing that your order will reach you on time and for a reasonable price. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to a page where you can check where your package is at any time.
• Economic:
  The Post Office is the cheapest delivery option. Your order can be posted as either a priority or economy package.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment and typically less providing products ordered are in stock. However, during busy times this period can unfortunately lengthen, and we do ask that you allow up to 12 days for your order to be processed. You can contact us here to enquire about the status of your order in the unlikely event that it is not processed within 12 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can find out how long it will take for your order to arrive by referring to the table below. These shipping times are from the date that your order is despatched. Please note that unavoidable delays sometimes happen that are outside the control of Postindustrial Games. As a rule, please allow 28 days for your order to arrive before contacting Postindustrial Games.
